Build the future.
Pay what you agreed, and not a dollar more. Saldo reads the signed contract, reconciles it against every SAP Ariba transaction, and finds the dollars that were going to leak, clause by clause.

What an enterprise with $2.3 billion of annual supplier spend loses after signature at the industry average, every year, with the evidence to recover it.
One figure for everything your contracts say you are owed, and where it leaks.
Inside Saldo
Invoices require detailed support each month for all billing categories. The support for containerized (both commercial and multi-family), loose commercial, and compactor services are to be provided in hard copy format and will be provided as an integral part of each invoice. The credit for twenty-five (25) residential units each month detailed below will be shown as a line item on each invoice.
The City will determine, in its sole discretion, the method of payment. Currently the City requires the Contractor to accept credit card payments or enroll in the City's e-payables program.
Tipping fees resulting from sludge removal services provided by the Contractor and billed to the Contractor's account by redacted name shall be invoiced to the City as a reimbursable item with no markup or service charge. Such billings will require supporting documentation.
RATE SCHEDULE
The rates shown below are those charged & billed directly by the Contractor to the City. The contract covers pickup, removal & recycling (Schedule A, Scope of Work).
The sludge removal rate is not subject to the CPI-WST escalation calculation.
INV-874281 is nonconforming:
1. Sludge removal was escalated despite the CPI exclusion. Line 1, Sludge removal bills 20 loads at $312.96, totaling $6,258.00. The contractual calculation is 20 × $298.00 = $5,960.00, so the invoice is $298.00 too high, a 5% increase.
2. An impermissible tipping-fee service charge remains. Line 3, Tipping fee service charge bills $400.00, while Line 4, Credit against county tipping fees credits only $200.00, leaving a $200.00 net service charge. The contract permits no such charge.

The year, as two lines
What the contracts promised. What the invoices delivered. The space between is yours.
One curve for the value your contracts entitle you to, one for what was actually received. The hatched gap is leakage.
Six ways the money leaves quietly
Where it hides
- 01
Unclaimed rebates
Volume and loyalty rebates you earned but never got credited.
Rebate schedule - 02
Tiered pricing never applied
You hit the next price tier, but the discount never showed up on the invoice.
Price tier table - 03
Price creep past caps
Charges drifting above the rates your contract actually locked in.
Escalation clause - 04
Expired discounts still “honored”
Promotional pricing that quietly reversed, or kept running the wrong way.
Promotional term - 05
Missed volume commitments
Commit-and-save deals where the savings never materialized.
Commitment clause - 06
Duplicate charges
The same line billed twice across POs, invoices, or systems.
PO / invoice / payment
The reading
It reads every contract, invoice and transaction the way your best analyst would, every single one.
Clauses with a price, a rebate, a cap or a date become rules. Each rule is checked against the POs, invoices and payments in SAP Ariba. Each exception arrives with the clause, the transactions and a dollar figure.
Master Supply Agreement · p. 14 of 62
4.2 Volume Rebate. Supplier shall credit Buyer an amount equal to three percent (3.0%) of Net Eligible Spend in any Contract Year in which Net Eligible Spend exceeds fifty million dollars ($50,000,000), such credit to be issued within sixty (60) days of the close of that Contract Year.
4.3 Price Adjustments. Unit prices set out in Schedule B shall remain fixed through the Initial Term, save for adjustments not exceeding CPI plus one and one half percent (1.5%) per annum, on ninety (90) days' written notice…
Threshold crossed in Q2. No credit issued. 2,140,000.00 recoverable.
From contract terms to recoverable dollars, in three columns.
The signed contracts
PDFs, amendments, rate schedules. Every clause that carries a price, a rebate, a cap or a date is captured as a rule you can inspect.
Against SAP Ariba
POs, invoices and payments, read from the source. Each rule is tested against what was actually billed and paid.

We are pre-launch and working with a small group of design partners. If recovering that money is worth a conversation, we would like to talk.
